What You’ll Do
We're a passionate and dynamic team looking for a VoIP Implementation Engineer to help us manage the growth of our flagship VoIP Shopgenie product.

  • Supporting customers on our flagship VoIP solution, with everything from implementation and setup, to ongoing support needs.
  • Working with our Product and Engineering teams to improve our VoIP product. This may involve triaging and escalating issues, recommending ideas and best practices, and closing the feedback loop with customers.
  • Working with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers signing up for our VoIP product and transitioning from their old systems.
  • Creating + updating internal documentation on the VoIP product.


What You’ll Bring 

  • 2+ years of experience implementing VoIP and/or PBX systems for small businesses
  • You are a driven individual with a passion for helping people.
  • You have experience implementing + supporting VoIP setups for local businesses.
  • You're comfortable teaching phone concepts to non-tech savvy users who may be unfamiliar with VoIP phone systems.
  • You have familiarity with VoIP protocols such as SIP, and experience working with PBX systems.
  • You're a self-starter that operates well in ambiguity, and can take high-level direction and run with it.
  • You have a customer-first attitude, and are energized by seeing customers succeed
  • Bonus: Experience or affinity for the automotive industry is a plus BUT not required.
