Position Purpose:
Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a dynamic Visual & Digital Content Lead to craft engaging content that enhances brand awareness and audience engagement. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to produce compelling multimedia content that aligns with our mission and connects with diverse audiences.
What You Will Do:

Design, develop, and deploy creative content across various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and videos.

Maintain Mercy Care’s website and intranet site, using analytics to drive content strategy.

Develop and manage corporate brand materials such as one-pagers, brochures, white papers, and annual reports.

Produce and edit high-quality video and photography content, ensuring brand consistency.

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to create strategic marketing content.

Develop content calendars and production schedules for consistent messaging.

Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and messaging guidelines.

Proofread and edit materials for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.

Support events and other organizational initiatives as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, and brand management.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video production, and website content management systems.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Experience with data presentation, infographics, and SharePoint is a plus
