About This Job
Designs user experiences for digital products. Conducts user research, creates wireframes and prototypes, and collaborates with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Continuously tests and iterates designs based on user feedback.
- Creating customer research plans which define project goals, target segments, surveys, and recommended research methodology.
- Analyzing user cases and survey data to identify improvement and remediation areas; conducting research plans and constructing empathy maps.
- Developing prototypes utilizing critical tools to develop final designs
- Wireframing, logic flows, content creation and asset creation.
