We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Country Manager to lead our operations in Portugal. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all business activities in Portugal, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of our operations in the market. If you have a proven track record in business management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Portuguese market, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

🌟 Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.

🤝 Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.

🎁 Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.

📞 Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face.

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards.

📊 Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.

🎯 Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention.

📈 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management.

Requirements

🗣️ Near Perfect command of the Portuguese language, both written and spoken

💼 Previous experience in VIP account management in iGaming

🤝 Strong relationship-building and communication skills

💡 Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

🛠️ Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

🔄 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

📊 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights

🎰 Experience in the iGaming or related industry is a plus
