The site of Erlangen based in Germany belongs to POWER Division. The site has 400 employees. We are looking for a VIE Platform Project Buyer for 12 months.
Your challenges?

You will carry out all activities following the platform procurement decision applied to platform components as part of a P1 project award.

As a member of the platform team: You will apply the procurement decision made in the platform SoCo to all P1 awards.

You will carry out the P1 SoCo for all platform components and issue a specific VRF and letter of appointment whenever necessary, in line with the price matrix, LTA and BL negotiated by the platform purchasing manager (Lead Buyer). You will set targets for the entire PF scope (volumes, costs, etc.) in line with segment strategies and regional constraints.

You will implement purchasing decisions or support arbitration in front of your network peers.

You are graduated from a Master degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Project Management

You already have experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Project Management (ideally in the automotive field)

You have a fluent level of English (German speaking could be a plus)

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy

Excel, Google sheet, data studio is a plus
