We want to evolve our video and digital content capability to ensure we can provide the highest-quality creative solutions to enhance our internal engagement programme. You’ll have heaps of creative ideas and energy, with the ability to produce stand out digital content, including video, to enhance our internal communications.

Be the lead person for the production of video and digital content to support our internal communications and engagement programme:

  • Develop and deliver a video and digital content offering to support Quilter’s people strategy and our internal communications programme, to help achieve our overall engagement objectives.

  • Support the internal communications team with the provision of digital content, including video, graphics and digital content for use across our communication channels, PDFs, SharePoint content, as well as capturing internal activity through showreels, photography and other creative means.

  • Work closely with our brand team to ensure all content is in line with brand requirements.

  • Provide creative ideas and solutions for key engagement touchpoints such as our all-colleague Quilter conferences and the communication of our strategy and financial results.

  • Support our senior leaders with digital mechanisms for communicating with their functions.

  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with the channels lead and wider internal communications team, as well as other internal stakeholders, to understand content needs and support the production of content that aligns to our people agenda.

  • Leverage AI and other technology in the production of content, for effective and efficient outputs.

  • Internal expert: Serve as the primary advisor, offering creative solutions, for internal video and digital content at Quilter.

  • Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of digital content, continually improving what we provide to the business.

  • Balance Priorities: Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring smooth execution and adequate support for all parts of internal communications and internal stakeholders.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends related to video and digital production, bringing new perspectives and creative ideas into our team.

About You

  • Skilled in industry-standard software for video production, graphic design, and digital content creation, including tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other relevant platforms. Experience with AI-driven content tools and emerging technologies is a real benefit.

  • Strong video production and editing skills, including filming raw footage and editing footage into polished videos for various internal channels.

  • Ability to develop engaging digital content and motion graphics for channels, including SharePoint/intranet, Viva suite, email, digital brochures, and digital screens.

  • Ability to leverage external social media content, repurposing for internal audiences.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Comfortable and confident liaising with all levels in the organisation including CEO and ExCo members, with the ability to put people at ease to get the best video output.

  • Analytical skills to measure and evaluate the impact of digital content.

  • A standout team player with the highest attention to detail, willing to get stuck in and work together to make a meaningful impact on engaging colleagues.
