As part of a broader Operations department, the Video Activation team will have an impact on the short and long-term success of our clients’ business. In this internal-facing role, you’ll use our proprietary software and work alongside our US-based Video Activation and Client Success teams to contribute to the executional lifecycle of a campaign from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is someone who can juggle exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be highly organized to seamlessly balance multiple campaigns at a time, with an eye toward improving each campaign to deliver client KPIs. We are open to candidates with digital advertising backgrounds who are interested in transitioning to linear & streaming television. And because our software is home-grown, we will provide all training necessary to do the job successfully in these three functions:
PLAN: Plan compelling television ad campaigns that achieve the client’s audience-targeting goals in a cost-effective manner
EXECUTE: Purchase and financially reconcile the corresponding media for the ad campaign across our host of TV Network partnerships. Additionally, traffic the creative and creative instructions to the networks
REPORT: Compile post campaign reports that show the campaign’s effectiveness in reaching the client’s audience and provide data-driven insights for consideration in future campaign planning
Additional responsibilities include:
● Partner with our US team to support the executional lifecycle of a campaign from start to finish (planning, buying, trafficking, optimization) to maximize client KPIs & deliver against guaranteed metrics
● Coordinate ad placements and inventory shifts with network partners via our API and email while ensuring overall campaign integrityTroubleshoot creative issues and provide feedback on how to best resolve the issue(s)
● Assemble day-to-day client deliverables, e.g. proposals, weekly pacing reports, pre-logs
● Reconcile campaign spend for Finance team
● Collaborate with our Ukraine-based Product & Technical teams to communicate feedback on our internal tools & automation, as well as our US-based Client Success & Video Activation teams, for more seamless & integrated workflow & processes
● Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation as needed
● Conduct user acceptance testing of new tools and workflows as innovations become available
Qualifications:
● 0-2 years of media operations,either at a full-service or media agency, client or Internet technology company (optional but not required)
● Must demonstrate professional maturity with strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Quick learner and detail oriented: critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and to manage high volume of emails and multiple initiatives within tight deadlines
● Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
● Intermediate Excel knowledge - specifically pivot tables, formulas, filtering, and formatting
● Experience with VBA/Macros is beneficial but not required
● A keen interest in TV advertising and technology.
● Fluent in written and spoken English.
Scheduling / Setup:
This position is located in Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office.
Hours are scheduled to overlap with the US-based team and will typically be 11a-8p UA.
