Job Description
Join our Corporate and Investment Banking Liquidity team as a Transaction Processing Lead, Vice President, where you will manage transaction processing groups and promote operational strategy. You will oversee product setup, maintenance, reconciliation, and servicing for cash concentration and investment products, while supporting client delivery relationships and managing operational risk.
Job Summary:
As a Transaction Processing Lead, Vice President, within the Liquidity Operations Manila team, you will manage transaction processing functions, set workflow priorities, and promote the execution of operational strategy. You will also serve as a Site Co-lead, facilitating communication and strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage transaction processing groups, assigning and setting workflow priorities.
- Be accountable for operational risk management and executing operational strategy.
- Lead team activities, monitor progress, and support client delivery relationships.
- Present business updates to Functional Managers and manage staff.
- Undertake projects to drive efficiency savings.
- Facilitate communication between Manila and global Liquidity Operations teams.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives for operational efficiency.
- Support talent development by identifying training needs and coordinating learning opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for improvement.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and organize team-building activities.
- Resolve escalated issues, ensure compliance with policies, and promote risk awareness.
