Your Contribution:
- Oversee the Development Lifecycle: Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and implementation of IT projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure that IT development efforts align with business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
- Best Practices Establishment: Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment processes.
- Technology Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
What you bring along:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within IT development, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
- Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks, with experience in the field of ehealth or industry-related environment
- Problem-Solving Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to think strategically to drive technological advancement. - Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborative efforts with various stakeholders. - Educational Background:
A relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with advanced certifications (e.g., Agile, DevOps) preferred.
