As a Vice President, Senior Third-Party Operations Project Manager in the HR Vendor Management Team, you will oversee and manage our third-party vendor relationships & operations and manage projects that deliver outcomes and enable organizational goals. You will lead global teams in executing vendor-related projects for seamless coordination and successful outcomes. With a strong background in project management, vendor management, and operations, you will drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless collaboration with external partners. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills will be critical for this role.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee third-party vendor relationships to align with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional global teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving third-party vendors.
- Develop strategies to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, vendor performance, and operational metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends in vendor management.
- Oversee and ensure timely, accurate vendor payments and compliance.
- Work with accounts payable to resolve discrepancies and enhance payment efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 7+ years of experience in project management, business controls, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships or operations.
- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of contract management and compliance.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.
For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in either our New York, NY, Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
