The Vice President of Sales and Marketing for is responsible for leading the CSC Corptax business unit's sales and marketing teams, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve market share. This executive role involves close collaboration with other senior executives to align the company's sales strategies with its overall business goals.

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet the company's business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the fintech or accounting/tax software industry.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
  • Ability for 20% travel
