As the Vice President of Revenue Enablement at Equifax, you will drive sales productivity and effectiveness across our Identity and Fraud, Compliance, and Government sales portfolios. You will achieve this by developing and implementing comprehensive enablement strategies—including training programs, content creation, and process optimization—with a focus on empowering sales teams to achieve revenue targets. This role involves fostering cross-selling initiatives, penetrating target markets, and expanding the customer base through strategic new business opportunities. Your success will be measured by your ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional results. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure sales teams are equipped and motivated to maximize client value and drive business growth.
What You'll Do
Strategic Sales Leadership & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, encompassing cross-selling initiatives, customer retention, and expansion within the existing customer base.

Identify and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers within each vertical market.

Maintain competitive positioning by staying informed about competitors and market trends.

Optimize the use of Equifax resources to drive sales and revenue growth of the full Equifax solutions portfolio.
Sales Team Coaching & Development:

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their performance and exceed sales goals.

Champion and drive ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients.

Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.

Engage directly with customers, in partnership with other sales organizations, to ensure successful outcomes.
Sales Enablement & Operations:

Analyze and improve sales processes to increase efficiency, including CRM utilization, sales methodologies, and best practices.

Evaluate, select, and implement sales enablement technologies and tools to support sales activities and improve data-driven decision-making.

Manage a pipeline of prospects and lead customer business reviews, contracting, negotiation, and business development strategy and account planning activities.
Performance Management & Communication:

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Represent Equifax at industry events and conferences.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives and enablement efforts with overall business objectives.
Support for Revenue Enablement Teams:

Support and Align: Ensure strategic alignment, cross-functional collaboration, a data-driven approach, effective use of technology and tools, budget management, and continuous improvement.

Solution Engineers: Provide technical training, sales play development, demo and presentation skills coaching, content and resource management, and tools and technology support.

Sales Development Representatives: Develop onboarding and ramp-up programs, sales skills training, messaging and value proposition development, performance coaching, and lead management and handoff processes.

Sales Enablement: Create and curate sales content, design and deliver learning and development programs, optimize the sales process, manage sales tools and technology, and provide performance analysis and reporting.

Revenue Operations: Collaborate on sales process optimization, data analysis and reporting, sales technology management, sales compensation planning and administration, and forecasting and pipeline management.
What experience you'll need
-
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
-
15+ years of client-facing B2B sales experience.
-
10+ years of experience in relationship management with a proven ability to build relationships with senior-level executives and connect client needs with Equifax solutions.

7+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven ability to develop, coach, and lead a sales team and exceed sales quotas.
