Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage stream-aligned, platform, and enablement teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

  • Collaborate with Industry Solution Marketing Specialists to create and implement unique, industry-specific “best and only” solutions and roadmaps.

  • Deliver Product and Innovation Roadmaps across industries and business units, ensuring cross-service-line integration with minimal disruption to workflows.

  • Implement effective change management and training for internal teams and clients.

  • Establish department-level OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and track success and alignment with firmwide priorities.

  • Serve as the Program Manager for Armanino Access (our custom developed customer portal), overseeing resource management, risk management, and program planning.

  • Manage the department budget and ensure economic efficiency for technology investments and resources.

  • Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform product development strategies.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

  • Possess a deep understanding of AI as it relates to the firmwide product roadmap and the development of Armanino Access.

  • Commit to a development strategy that prioritizes economic value and strategic opportunities, leveraging cloud-based solutions and other advanced technologies.

  • Establish and execute an Armanino India strategy that effectively utilizes offshore resources to enhance productivity and innovation.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.

  • 15+ years of professional experience including 10+ years of experience in managing resources, budgets, and overseeing performance of products.

  • Track record of successful product innovation with demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation from project to product operating models.

  • Deep understanding of modern product management practices including continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and product operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and support the development of new products/services in fast-growth environment where priorities can shift and require rapid adaptation.

  • Insight and experience with conceptualizing, designing, and collaborating with technology development teams on product development and run-time environments.

  • Comfortable and able to engage and present product plans, product requirements, business cases and roadmaps, etc., to cross-functional teams and build consensus and support for progressing product initiatives to successful launch.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences and to champion innovation cross-functionally.

  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a strong track record of translating market insights into actionable product roadmaps amidst uncertainty and balancing technology, customer need, and market value in product decision-making.

  • Collaborative leadership style, with a track record of driving results with buy-in within matrixed organizations. 

  • Experience building & coaching teams in product management, marketing, or other technical groups with effective change management experience.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. In Northern California, the compensation range for this position: $289,500-$391,700. In Southern California, the compensation range for this position: $276,900 - $374,700. In Washington, the compensation range for this position: $276,900 - $374,700. In New York, the compensation range for this position: $276,900 - $374,700. In Colorado, the compensation range for this position: $251,800 - $340, 600. In Illinois, the compensation range for this position: $251,800 - $340,600. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location
