  • Team & Operations Management:
  • Lead and mentor the IT organization, including the SRE team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Ensure seamless IT service delivery and support across all divisions, maintaining high availability, performance, and reliability of critical systems.

  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of our technology infrastructure, including back office IT systems, DevOps environments, and AWS-based cloud operations.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies with a strong focus on healthcare data security and regulatory compliance.

  • Partner with product teams to understand technical requirements and ensure IT systems effectively support the delivery of specific product objectives.
  • Collaborate on designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance patient care and drive operational efficiency.

  • Budget, Vendor, and Financial Management:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments that support long-term scalability.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and partnerships to secure high-quality services and solutions.
  • Interface with the accounting and finance teams to ensure IT expenditures are accurately tracked, properly allocated, and aligned with the company’s financial objectives.

  • Leverage Agile methodologies to drive iterative improvements and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain Nomi Health’s competitive edge.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with executive leadership, division heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure IT initiatives align with overall business and product strategies.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring broad understanding and support for IT projects.

What we are looking for

  • This hybrid role requires onsite work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with a proven track record in IT operations and infrastructure management—preferably in a startup or fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

  • Technical Expertise:
