The New Joiner Experience team at JP Morgan Chase & Co is comprised of a global team of recruiting and support professionals across both campus and experienced functions who are support the business with filling over 100,000 roles, supporting internal mobility for 30,000 employees annually. The GT Cohort Hiring 2.0 area product is part of the New Joiner Experience Hire product line that provides the business with the talent they need for both today and tomorrow; and when they join, deliver a tailored experience that sets them up for success.
In the GT Cohort Hiring 2.0 - program management role, you will help us build and test new processes regarding cohort hiring placement, onboarding, orientation, and acclimation. You will deliver the candidate placement process, using inputs from candidates as well as hiring managers to create a smooth, effective placement process for all relevant stakeholders. As the Cohort hiring program manager, you will plan for and partner with the key stakeholders for onboarding and facilitation of New Hire Orientation Day One experience. You will also engage with new hires and hiring managers during the acclimation phase of their employment.
Job responsibilities

  • Has primary accountability and execution for the end-to-end placement, onboarding, orientation, and acclimation processes in specific location(s). Ensure these processes and associated key activities are maintained and supported.
  • Invest in relationships with customers and key stakeholders and improve collaboration with "one team" mentality.
  • Interact between candidates and hiring managers on business required activities, ensure follow-up on candidate and hiring managers requirements through delivery.
  • Boost hiring managers awareness and adoption of cohort hiring processes.
  • Act as the escalation point of contact to triage and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Lead and troubleshoots incidents through identifying bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization, and demands.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions with a focus on innovation and stability for our customers (candidate/new hire, hiring managers and other stakeholders).
  • Ensure candidate and hiring manager preferences, feedback/service requests are collected and measured regularly.
  • Identify and communicate business needs for future cohort hiring product development and deploy the ideas to key stakeholders such as candidates/new hires, hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders.
  • Leverage analytics and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions to serve our customers.
  • Ensures data integrity throughout the end-to-end process.
  • Lead and mentor less-experienced team members in location(s).


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong background in recruiting, program management and technology preferred with an understanding of key technology areas within financial services.
  • Ability to negotiate with others, solve problems and empathize with customers.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization and drive change through promoting a culture of collaboration across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information, course-correct and adapt, and constantly iterate on the approach to ensure successful delivery of the processes
  • Proven leader with high degree of initiative and autonomy with demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions, take accountability for those decisions while candidly challenging the status quo to drive positive business outcomes
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable delivering new concepts and solutions, often forging through uncharted territory
  • Passion for new hire experience, business strategy and processes, continuous learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Understand risk and reputational issues - ability to identify, address and escalate in a timely fashion
  • 7+ years of Experience in Recruitment/ Human Resources; Program and Change management experience
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
