As we accelerate our growth, you will collaborate with the broader marketing and communications team, product managers, sales teams, relationship managers and technology groups to plan, execute and optimize full-funnel strategies that generate pipeline opportunities. You will also help build brand awareness, promote new solutions and deepen relationships with relevant audiences. This individual contributor role is ideal for a creative, experienced, data-led campaign manager who is looking to join a team that values collaboration and challenging the status quo.
As an Acquisition Growth Marketing Manager within Payments, you will be part of a growing team with global purview charged with leading new revenue for the business through both new client acquisition and the growth of existing client relationships. You will support a team responsible for designing and delivering omnichannel digital marketing campaigns that capture and nurture leads for a portfolio of leading global payments products and solutions.
Job responsibilities

  • Design, plan, manage and optimize integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that push sales growth through new client acquisition and deepen existing client relationships
  • Develop short and long-term programs to improve our lead capture and nurture program
  • Monitor and report on program performance to leadership and partners at various levels; partnering closely with analytics and technology teams
  • Create strategic recommendations and implement performance benchmarks, audience targeting/segmentation criteria, and generate innovative ideas and solutions
  • Lead A/B testing strategies across all execution channels to ensure continuous performance improvement
  • Work closely with business leaders to develop efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
  • Assist in content development to target clients throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Quickly build strong relationships in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization
  • Manage controls and procedures in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Stay current on industry best practices and providing strategic guidance across all channels
  • Identify opportunities for our team to adopt the newest, most innovative marketing strategies and tactics


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Must work well in a matrixed organization where teams work collaboratively outside well-defined hierarchies
  • Ability to track campaign performance, interpret results, recognize actionable insights and develop recommendations for improvement throughout the B2B customer lifecycle
  • Experience executing innovative account based marketing campaigns with customer-centric mindset focused on solving customer pain points
  • Advanced understanding of the tools of the trade (marketing automation, web analytics, etc.) and campaign analytics (benchmarks, reporting and optimizations)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing programs that raise awareness, engagement and conversion across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse range of audiences
  • Basic understanding of demand generation performance KPIs including impressions, clicks, web visitors, views, downloads, leads, initial sales conversations and incremental revenue
  • Able to gather, interpret and incorporate feedback from a large group of stakeholders
  • Forward-thinking, positive, and proactive
  • Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative and can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization and across diverse, global teams


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Higher education degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in fintech, technology or related spaces
  • Experience managing global campaigns that may include email marketing, social advertising, search engine optimization and/or paid digital
  • Basic knowledge of how to use Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Tableau
