Job Summary
As a Vice President Product Agility Lead within the Global Finance & Business Management team, you will spend each day in defining, refining and delivering the vision and goals of the Product Owner and able support the Area Product Owners globally.
Job responsibilities

  • Support a hybrid global team of Product Owner and Area Product Owners across Finance Transformation Office with managing requirements, dependences, risks/opportunities, status, coordinate agility office requirements including but not limited to-
  • Drive high performance by leading and coaching Agility leads/ Scrum Masters and teams
  • Organize and lead product-wide events and pertinent efforts, including, but not limited to, Quarterly Planning, Scrum of Scrums, end of sprint Product reviews, retrospectives, end of quarter product assessments.
  • Drive product efficiency through managing product improvement backlog, promoting speed, efficiency, and collaboration, increase productivity and collaboration
  • Work across area product owners for needs on data governance to build distinct plan and on swing capacity needs when a \"surge\" is needed
  • Work with tools and standards, preparing team members to present quarterly demo materials, measuring agility outcomes, and coaching ALs to assist when challenges arise
  • Build and maintain continuous improvement culture by driving cross-product and cross-teams efficiencies, reducing waste and improving overall dependency management
  • Ensure adherence to product controls and agility processes are followed as well as participates in product controls audit and resiliency planning
  • Provide oversight and guidance to overall delivery across the entire product
  • Manage junior team member deliverables, work prioritization, and performance management


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills ( 7 bullet points max)

  • Bachelor's degree required, CFA/CMA/CA/MBA (Finance)
  • Scrum/ Agile certification ( CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO)
  • 10+ years minimum experience in an analytical and financial role
  • 3+ years of agile coaching experience
  • Excellent Communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of JIRA and should have worked on JIRA and associated workflow management and other SDLC enabling tools
  • Experience in running cabinet level meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Should be flexible to work in late EMEA shifts
