What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Vehicle Simulation and Performance engineering team to support modeling, analysis, and continued development of the Midnight eVTOL aircraft
- Prepare technical documentation, including simulation reports, aircraft functional hazard analyses (FHAs), and aircraft performance flight manual content
- Engage actively in problem-solving efforts, offering innovative solutions and troubleshooting issues as they come up.
- Research key engineering topics, analyze data, and present insights to inform project decisions
What You Need:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to engineering, manufacturing, computer science or a related field at an accredited university, preferably a Junior going in to your Senior year
- Strong familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink
- Completion of Aircraft Performance, Flight Dynamics, or Stability & Control coursework or experience estimating vehicle flight performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Able to commit to a 10 week internship
- Bonus: Private pilot certificate or understanding of FAA regulations for aircraft certification and operation

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
