You should be passionate about creating systems that prioritize safety and security, and adept at navigating complex technical challenges.

  • Align & Collaborate: Work closely with other architects to ensure that development platforms and onboard vehicle components are synchronized and optimized.
  • Partner & Guide: Serve as a technical advisor to suppliers and OEMs, helping them adopt new frameworks and best practices.
  • Build & Lead: Participate in the hiring and professional development of technical experts, nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Champion Safety: Foster a world-class engineering culture that emphasizes safety and state-of-the-art development practices, while ensuring that every team member's voice is heard and valued.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in developing high-quality frameworks, abstractions, and services for large-scale use in safety-critical environments, particularly with C and C++.
  • Leadership & Empathy: A leader who can inspire and support individual potential, fostering a culture that prioritizes safety and security.
  • Multicultural Openness: Experience working in diverse teams and an openness to different cultural perspectives.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude towards ownership, quality, and continuous improvement in everything you do.

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Experience deploying modern frameworks and services at scale.
  • Knowledge of communication networks, automotive OS, over-the-air updates, and device drivers.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as MISRA, Autosar, CERT, ISO 26262, or SOTIF.
