Job Description
As a VAT Compliance Specialist you will prepare and complete VAT returns and statistical information (intrastat) for EMEA and LATAM region. You will meet all required deadlines, reporting to VAT Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit VAT returns within EMEA and LATAM.
- Provide VAT reports.
- Maintain current knowledge of VAT laws affecting the company.
- Review proposals for tax implications and recommends actions that meet the business plans while managing the VAT liability.
- Support VAT audits.
- You may be involved with VAT possible effects of mergers and acquisitions.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, tax or legal.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
- Native level of Polish and full working proficiency in English.
- Very good level of Excel.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Practical experience on VAT returns.
- SAP.
