Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en la industria farmacéutica o en consumer healthcare, capaz de diseñar estrategias innovadoras y establecer relaciones con stakeholders clave del ecosistema de salud.
Entre tus principales responsabilidades se incluyen:
• Fortalecer los canales de venta existentes y desarrollar canales nuevos, asegurando la disponibilidad y crecimiento del negocio.• Liderar la comunicación de propuestas de valor con stakeholders clave, asegurando la adopción de productos.• Trabajar junto con los Account Managers en estrategias para fortalecer la relación con farmacias, vacunatorios, instituciones, drogurías y otros actores clave del sector privado de salud.• Colaborar con equipos internos (unidad de negocio, médical, asuntos gubernamentales) para asegurar un enfoque integral en las estrategias de acceso.• Analizar tendencias del sector y generar información estratégica para la toma de decisiones.• Definir e implementar métricas de desempeño para evaluar el éxito de las estrategias y buscar mejoras continuas.
Qualifications
Must-Have• Experiencia comprobable en acceso al mercado de vacunas y comercialización en el canal de farmacias.• +3 años en la industria farmacéutica en roles de acceso, comercial o marketing.• Conocimiento profundo del mercado privado de salud en Argentina y sus dinámicas comerciales.• Habilidades analíticas y estratégicas para transformar datos en oportunidades de negocio.• Experiencia en liderazgo transversal, trabajando con equipos de acceso, comercial, médico y regulatorio.• Capacidad de comunicación y negociación con stakeholders clave.
