Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Design & Present: Develop and optimize impactful designs for both current and future initiatives. Create brand presentations, newsletter formats, and inputs that align with our brand identity and objectives. 
• Collaborate & Communicate: Engage closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology teams, and other internal and external stakeholders. Establish yourself as the primary point for design specifications, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder communication. Understand and translate the business goals and objectives of product stakeholders into actionable designs. 
• Innovate & Prototype: Propose, elaborate, and implement new design concepts. Combine creativity with design knowledge to prototype new product ideas, and champion specific innovations that will enhance our current offering and boost the customer experience. 
• Work on User-Centric Design: Conduct in-depth user research, focus groups, and user experience integrations trials. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys that illustrate content structure, hierarchy, and navigation, resulting in compelling user experiences. Provide written and visual recommendations based on research, backed by solid rationales. 
• Participate & Contribute: Actively participate in team ceremonies like Daily Stand-Ups, System Demos, and Retrospectives. Contribute to our Casino Product Vision & Roadmap, translating requirements from wider teams into stories within our product backlog. 
• Ensure Quality & Detail Orientation: Ensure that designs are executed to the highest standards. Work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and pay meticulous attention to detail. 
• Engage: Interact and manage relationships effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts. 

Qualifications

• Have proven experience in UX & UI design within the gaming industry 
• Have profound understanding of Casino customer needs, particularly within the European landscape 
• Are an expert in the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Figma 
• Demonstrate ability to set design requirements for both technical and user-oriented needs 
• Are capable to discuss and explain design options in depth 
• Can assimilate, sort, and aggregate complex information swiftly 
• Possess stellar presentation, documentation, and verbal/written communication skills in English 
• Have a strong teamwork, coordination, planning, and influencing capabilities 
• Are self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
