- 新しいUIフレームワークのデザイン・開発に携わり、デザインシステムの構築と運用をリードします。
- エンジニアやプロダクトマネージャーと協力し、使いやすく一貫性のあるUIフレームワークを目指します。
- アクセシビリティを考慮し、誰もが快適に利用できるUIデザインを推進します。
- デザインシステムのガイドラインやドキュメントを整備し、社内のチームが活用できるようにします。
- UXリサーチや最新技術の知見を活かし、より優れたユーザー体験を提供できるデザインシステムを目指します。

PlayStation製品のシステムソフトウェアのUXデザインを担当している部署です。
我々のチームはデザインの基礎となるデザインシステムを担当し、新たなデザインシステムを構築しています。
我々のオフィスは東京にありますが、グローバルな環境で働くチームの一員として、日々、アメリカのメンバーと協力しながら仕事を進めています。
■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
- Figmaを用いたデザイン業務の経験（デザインシステムやUI設計に活用できるレベル）
- デザインシステムやUIフレームワークの設計・運用経験
- アクセシビリティに関する基礎知識と実践経験（WCAG、ARIAなどの理解）
- エンジニアやPdMとの協業経験（デザインの要件定義、フィードバックのやり取り）
【歓迎（WANT）】
- グローバルチームでの業務経験（異文化環境でのコラボレーションに慣れている方）
- ゲーム業界での業務経験（UXに関する高い感度や、ゲーム文脈への理解がある方）
- フロントエンド開発の知識（HTML/CSS/JavaScriptや、コンポーネント設計の理解）
- デザインシステムの構築・運用経験（スタイルガイドの作成や、ライブラリ管理の経験）
- UXリサーチやユーザーテストに参加/協力した経験（A11yの観点を含めたUX最適化に関わったことがある）
- 日本語・英語でのドキュメント作成スキル（デザイン仕様やガイドラインの整備）
■求める人物像 /Personality
- スピード感を持ち、変化の早い環境や曖昧な状況にも柔軟に適応しながら、課題を把握し、解決策を提案・実行できる能力。
- 多様なステークホルダーと協力し、プロジェクトを推進・成功させた経験。

【英語】
ビジネスレベルの英語力（USメンバーとの日常的なコラボレーションが可能なレベル）
目安：TOEIC スコア800
【日本語】
ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
