We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic Design Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design and additional expertise in video and motion graphics. This role involves creating immersive visual experiences that elevate our customer engagement strategies. Create and support PayPal graphical assets with brand consistency.

This role is pivotal to PayPal's success, driving innovation, supporting revenue-generating programs, and ensuring seamless communication and knowledge transfer across various teams.

Your Day to Day:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Account Executives, to deliver impactful design solutions.
• Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Create engaging video and motion graphics content to enhance user experience and storytelling.
• Work in many different mediums, including text, paint, pencil and computer graphics to create designs that will appeal to a target audience
• Utilize data and analytics to drive design improvements and optimize user interactions. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Collaboration with UX analysts and web developers to deliver a consistent visual experience
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies.

• Bachelor's degree or Specialised course in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
