Responsibilities:

  • Identifying target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs
  • Ensuring the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user
  • Producing high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
  • Providing guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior
  • Constantly learning and staying up to date on industry trends
  • Perform tests on user interface elementsCollaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to understand project goals and user requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
  • Experience with Figma is a must
  • Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing
  • Understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Experience designing for web and mobile applications is preferred
