Job Description:
1. Participate in analysis of users' needs, design of events and strategy for users.
2. Establish the paid user service system, be responsible for the whole chain of paid users service experience, and enhance users’ willingness to consume through experience optimization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with user’s methodology.
2. With work experience in live operation/users operation/community operation preferred.
3. Efficient execution, result-oriented and responsible for results, will take the initiative to track and feedback on the work.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Fluent in Arabic and English.
