Job Duties and Responsibilities
As we continue to build out our 5G network, and navigate the changing landscape in retail and commercial wireless, we are looking to invest in growing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities. This individual will be a key contributor in building and enhancing this capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of digital products and experiences as a User Experience Researcher
- Delve into user behaviors and motivations through research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify needs and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define clear research objectives that align with both business goals and user needs
- Plan and execute research studies, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions and product strategy
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring design solutions are user-centered
- Continuously collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams, iterating on design solutions based on user feedback and usability testing
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), psychology, cognitive science, human factors, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered
- 4+ years of experience in UX research roles, with a proven track record of creating and executing research studies that have influenced product strategy and design decisions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research.
- Ability to align research activities with business objectives, identifying strategic opportunities to enhance user experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations for design and product strategy.
- Expertise in synthesizing research findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Deep user empathy, advocating for user needs to ensure user-centered design and product development.
- Strong collaboration, leadership, and project management skills to lead research initiatives, mentor teams, and manage timelines effectively.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,805.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
