  • This application is intended for students who attend the Spring Pathways Experience on Friday, March 7th, 2025.   • Recruiters will review applications and reach out to you about available opportunities and next steps based on your academic eligibility and location preferences. Not all teams are starting interviews this spring, but the market recruiter will be able to guide you on the next steps for your application.

  • Internal audit  

  • Perform financial services & internal audit assessments 

  • Major in Accounting (preferred) or related degree   

  • Candidates selected will intern in either Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Irvine, McLean, Minneapolis, New York, Raleigh, San Francisco or Tampa. 

  • IT Audit  

  • Perform IT focused compliance and controls assessments  

  • There are 2 different types of individuals that we look to hire into this team:    

  • Major in Accounting and/or related degrees     

  • Major in Information Systems and/or related degrees   

  • Candidates selected will intern in either Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Irvine, Kansas City, McLean, Miami, Minneapolis, Philadelphia or Tampa.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $28 - $33 per hour
