As a Unit Registry Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services for the EQT Cash Management Fund and the AFL Players Association through the NavOn platform. You will manage the delivery of financial, investment, and philanthropic services to our clients via iPhi, our integrated philanthropic software solution. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for accounts on the Garradin platform and assist with various services within Trustee Wealth Services (TWS), including mail handling, document execution and retrieval, and property and insurance management.

About the role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, representing Equity Trustees to the market.
  • Manage and deliver financial, investment, and philanthropic services to our clients via the iPhi platform.
  • Provide support for accounts on the NavOne platform, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist with mail handling, document execution and retrieval, and property and insurance management within the broader Trustee Wealth Services (TWS) business.
  • Develop, manage, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience in back-office processing, including financial asset management, statement reconciliation, and banking applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always striving to enhance processes.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is highly regarded.
  • A tertiary qualification in a related financial services field is a plus
