Position Summary
Expecting someone to lead Agile teams and drive successful project deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum practices, removing impediments, coaching teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role also involves managing multiple teams within the unit and ensuring Agile maturity.
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee multiple Scrum teams within the unit, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Drive Agile transformation and maturity across teams.
• Align team deliverables with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize team efficiency.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development opportunities for team members.
Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science
Experience
(In Years)
9-11 years
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience in managing multiple teams and driving Agile maturity.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) is preferred.
