Description and Requirements
The Lead Pet Production Analyst responsibilities will include all activities associated with the support of the Pet suite of applications. The candidate will perform support, maintenance, release, and development of these applications to meet the needs of business while providing a world class customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and help drive Problem investigations related to recent incidents which had business impact.
- Govern and assist with building regularly scheduled team Reports covering the team operations.
- Work with IT and business partners to communicate the status and track incidents arising from outages or batch abends. Communicate status of high-impact incidents to internal stakeholders.
- Leverage metrics and monitoring tools to identify trends and prevent production incidents.
- Act as a liaison between team delivery partners and other IT partners.
- Work with AD and business to identify improvement opportunities.
- Use problem-solving skills to assist in providing direction with troubleshooting and diagnosing application issues.
- Monitor for incident patterns and track remediation activities to reduce future occurrences.
- Learn usage of modern UI Tools for monitoring and customer experience.
- Perform bulk database updates to meet the needs of business.
- Assist AD teams with code analysis and user stories.
- Work extended hours and weekends during critical events impacting business or releases.
