The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.
We are working in the hybrid way to use the time spent in the office to influence collaboration and straighten the team spirit, using special designed for this purpose office areas. 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 

The purpose of the UniOps Transformation and Change CoE Lead is to lead the development and implementation of transformation and change strategies across UniOps globally. This role is crucial in ensuring that transformation initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and are executed effectively to achieve sustainable change. 

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

  • Strategic Alignment and Planning, Work with Strategy and Portfolio Owner to turn strategic priorities into a transformation & change plan 

  • Develop and establish best practices and frameworks for Transformation and Change. 

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and drive key transformation initiatives. Also to avoid duplication of efforts and maximise efficiency and identify capacity constraints and create mitigation plans, including escalation plans to Strategy & Portfolio Owner 

  • Establish and implement a clear change management process across UniOps to ensure consistency and effectiveness in managing change. 

  • Oversee a team of change management professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. 

  • Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation and change projects. 

 

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS 

Necessary Experience & Qualifications   

  • Working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of change and quick turnaround times, whilst delivering to the highest standards 

  • Experience collaborating and stakeholder managing senior leadership (e.g. CETO, CFO, CEO)

  • Change & Project Management Skills 

  • Led transformation initiatives in large, complex organisations
