As the regional Director of Underwriting, you would be responsible for all activities ensuring that the unit is operating at maximum efficiency, productivity and profitability to achieve all corporate and regional goals.

If you are great at:

  • Strategic and management planning

  • Overseeing all corporate and regional underwriting objectives

  • Sales and negotiations

  • Data Analytics

  • Developing and mentoring staff

  • Improving processes

If you have:

  • 10 years of Underwriting experience

  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role

  • Strategic leadership style

  • Team-first mentality
