**This position can be performed remotely for candidates who reside in CO, UT, and WY**
Essential Functions:
- Collects, reviews, and enters rating information into the system to provide quotes to underwriters for complex new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations and reinstatements
- Contacts agents and follows up for missing information
- Reviews and processes endorsements
- Develops relationships with agents to promote new accounts
- Participates in writing new business for basic accounts
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- One year of underwriting support experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm with accurate data entry
- Good personal computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound decisions
- Self-direction and teamwork skills
- General knowledge of insurance terminology preferred
Per the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hiring range for this position for Colorado-based team members is $53,000 - $73,000. The hiring range for other locations may vary.
