Duties and responsibilities of the position:
To support the Multinational & Client Services Team globally with administrative services. To ensure the accuracy & completeness of Multinational Program data, compliance with regulatory guidelines, in addition to providing support to the Multinational Program Teams and Head of Multinational Operations.
- Work closely with the Multinational Service, Operations, Claims, and Finance Teams to ensure a common understanding of assigned accounts
- Data Entry
- Enter local policy data into various Starr platforms – SPARC, Lynx, etc. primarily for the Network Partners, Argentina, Brazil, and Chile
- As needed, enter Salesforce and SPARC Shell program data for multinational programs produced by Argentina, Brazil, and Chile
- Premium processing for policies and endorsements as instructed by the Producing Office
- Clearing new business, renewals, and endorsement submissions in Salesforce for multinational programs as required
- Ensure that all accounts are booked in a timely manner
- Provide policy and subsequent transactions updates via iCede
- Communicate with the Producing Offices and SGS Management Team needed
- Upload documents into Starr360 for policies issued
- Support in the compliance reports and data gathering for multinational programs
- Identify and communicate training or resource gaps to Multinational Operations Management.
- Assist in researching, reviewing, updating, and local validation of country specific data for the iCede system.
- Work on all other tasks that may be assigned by the SGS Management Team
Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Property Insurance company; international/multinational insurance experience a plus
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English; other languages a plus
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel
- Accuracy and speed in data entry and typing tasks
- Problem solving, analytical and detailed
- Good at complying with deadlines
- Comfortable working within a team and matrix management
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Good written and verbal communication skills
