What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the team and customers to identify the users’ pain points.
- Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices and principles of user-centered design.
- Build new experiences or modify existing components to improve usability.
- Build a project plan and ensure timely delivery of milestones
What You Know
- 4+ years of experience working on customer-facing and/or internal tools
- Proficiency in front-end development tools and technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and wepack
- Proficiency in back-end development tools and technologies including Python, Flask, and Postgres
- Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective UI solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Familiarity with CI/CD
- Familiarity with backend development and API integration.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field
Compensation Band
- $50-$60 per hour
