The Role: 
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling to and managing key accounts within the UK & Ireland. You will focus on the long-term development of these accounts, ensuring profitable growth for the brand while building strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders. This role will require extensive travel and occasional overnight stays, both internationally and across the territory.

Your Impact:

  • Manage and develop the wholesale business of UGG across key accounts within the region.
  • Develop the GTM and post-market process within your account base.
  • Strategically grow priority categories and genders.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales on the LRP of the key account profile.
  • Plan the budget for each sell-in season in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Arrange and execute customer appointments and special projects.
  • Ensure all orders and administrative tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Plan and budget each account vs. LY & target.
  • Build strong professional relationships with all key stakeholders within your key account profile.
  • Conduct frequent face-to-face and virtual touchpoints with your accounts.
  • Attain and interpret weekly sales data, presenting back to the group every Monday.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues to build and execute a marketing GTM.
  • Visit all key account priority doors bi-annually.
  • Propose new accounts or opportunities to the Head of Sales.
  • Be the first point of contact for your accounts within Deckers Brands

We would Love to Hear from People with:    

  • Experienced in wholesale key account management.
  • Experience within fashion / sports / footwear lifestyle brands is highly desirable
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and analysing sell-through.
  • Knowledgeable about the fashion landscape of UGG retailers.
  • Aware of current UGG brand adjacencies.
  • Must have clean driving license and available to travel.
