Responsibilities:

• Research and solution best method of installing/deploying applications in the Azure Cloud
• Monitor, evaluate applications, Cloud/Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments, and application deployments
• Research, solution, and deliver on new technical requirements
• Provide troubleshooting and Engineering support at the Tier3 level for Windows 10 (and higher) desktop operating systems, including establishing new build and deployment methods for Windows workstations
• Troubleshoot and support Windows Server 2019 (and higher) technologies
• Provide troubleshooting and engineering support for Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Group Policy
• Provide troubleshooting support involving desktop applications including M365 products and classification management tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally
• Document system changes/ updates
• Engineer, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender including utilization for reporting and patching
• Support other Tier 3 and Tier 4 personnel with user issues, including application assistance, network troubleshooting, and other user assistance items as needed
• Create and deliver briefings to customer at various levels
• Create processes to automate task and configuration items using PowerShell
• If your skills align, you may be asked to support the Mobile Engineer to manage mobile applications and secure and deploy mobile phones

Remote Work: One (1) day a week remote considered after completion of three (3) months on the project.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Minimum 11 years of engineering experience Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory (Including software deployment and administration of Group Policy) Experience and Software Upgrades.
• Engineering experience supporting a Windows cloud platform environment with the following core MS Windows Platforms, services, and tools:
  • Windows 10
  • Windows 2019
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • DNS, DHCP
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience configuring and maintaining MDM solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience creating technical documentation

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with Samsung Knox Software
• Experience with Mobile Device Management Solutions
• Knowledge of mobile application management (MAM)
• Experience with scripting tools for automation (Powershell, Python, etc.)
• Experience with M365
• Experiene with Microsoft Intune, Android, and iOS devices
• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Certification
• Familiarity with Azure Devops

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
