Job Description :
Role Responsibilities
- Led the banquet business for Mumbai Thane & Raigad.
- Build relationships with partners – Clients & Venue for 3rd Party space.
- Negotiate deals and ensure all agreed deliverables are executed with excellence.
- Work with the Commercial Marketing On-Premise team, to get the deliverables met in terms of branding – Curation of Cocktails, Menus, Bars etc.
- Claim settlements.
- Securing and tracking the number of events done & budget on monthly basis
- Liaise with the advocacy team to ensure barman training, menu curation.
- Capture market best practices and share them regularly, including competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate in business/management program
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
- strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates high levels of adaptability, and flexibility when faced with ambiguous challenges.
