As part of the Leidos team as a TRICARE BSR, you will provide Beneficiary education and enrollment support services for the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). You will also provide specific services to all TRICARE eligible beneficiaries including customer support and assistance, beneficiary education, and enrollment support designed to assist DHA in operating an integrated healthcare delivery system for all eligible beneficiaries overseas. Under minimal supervision, you will serve as a TRICARE liaison for TRICARE Overseas Prime (TOP) Beneficiary population. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and more using the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES), Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems, etc.

Register TRICARE beneficiaries in MHS Genesis System
-
Perform individual and/or batch Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes, following the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines
-
Provide education on TRICARE resources and benefits, enrollment/disenrollment information, and customer service to beneficiaries on the phone and in person
-
Collect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information to support the TRICARE active-duty and active-duty family member portability/disenrollment process
-
Conduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, pre-separation/retirement, and others
-
Provide basic claims support such as providing information on the status of claims
-
Collect and record Other Health Information (OHI) information into applicable systems
-
Determine the appropriate assistance levels and when forward a call or refer as needed to address the beneficiary’s question
-
Collect and report information on daily activities performed
-
Assess the appropriate assistance level needed and refer or escalate as needed to address the issue at hand
-
Complete on a timely basis and comply with and all required HIPAA, Leidos, and other training and refresher courses
-
Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI)
-
Provide remote support to Leidos BSRs at other sites
-
Adhere to a business casual dress code
-
Provide shadow support to new BSRs as needed

REQUIRED

High school diploma or GED
-
Must be a US Citizen

Be eligible for and maintain ADP IT III clearance/Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1

Be eligible to obtain required Invited Contractor 700-19 SOFA designation for employment in Korea

Three years’ cumulative experience in the following areas:
-
Experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment
-
Experience in a medical or clinical environment
-
Experience with MHS Genesis or civilian healthcare computer system and in processing medical claims
-
Experience in a customer service environment
-
-
Candidates residing in the United States will be considered if willing to relocate once immigration requirements are met.

Knowledge of TRICARE Overseas programs, Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), DOES, and MHS Genesis.
IMPORTANT: Candidates who do not hold Military SOFA/Command sponsorship, must be able to provide required documentation in order to obtain an Invited Contractor 700-19 SOFA designation for employment in South Korea. Candidates will not be eligible for sponsorship until their first day of employment.
Candidates are solely responsible for all relocation-related expenses incurred at their own risk and the TRICARE Overseas Program does not reimburse any incurred housing, cost of living, or expenses while in residing in South Korea to include relocating back to the US.

Pay Range:Pay Range $30,550.00 - $55,225.00
