What you'll be doing:
- Support Banking portal System administration process for operating companies on the banking portals and Treasury system listed below. This involves setting up new users and entitlements, amending entitlements for existing users and deleting users:
- Bank of America Cashpro
- Citibank’s Citidirect
- HSBC’s HSBCnet
- JP Morgan Chase’s Access
- Wells Fargo’s Vantage
- IT2 Core and IT2 Anywhere Treasury system
- Liaise with WPP Treasury staff, bank representatives and WPP operating companies.
- Maintain Data and Technology controls and provide periodic attestations as part of compliance for Internal Audit.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance .
- Minimum 2- 4+ years finance or accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with treasury management systems a requirement.
- Familiarity with US and Canadian corporate banking services preferred.
- Ability to work effectively on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem solving skills including verbal and written communication.
- Has initiative to learn new skills to complete various projects.
- Detail oriented
Knowledge of process automation tools i.e. Power Platform to facilitate the logging and monitoring of operating unit requests
