Responsible for developing, planning, and executing demand management activities for products, channels and services sold through Treasury Solutions. Ensure appropriate tracking and documentation of product development activities in adherance with required processes and procedures. Facilitate portfolio reporting processes, building awareness of development efforts with key stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Lead demand governance process in a collaborative manner to ensure understanding of scope and prioritization of work based on needs and capacity of teammates and partners
2. Review demand requests and ensure adherance to demand governance process requirements
3. Ensure connectivity, awareness and updates are provided to relevant stakeholders
4. Actively support risk assessment and mitigation activities for product development initiatives
5. Monitor and report on key changes and impacts to forecasts, project plans and strategies
6. Serve as project manager for various initiatives, driving execution through to completion
7. Monitor active portfolio initiatives to ensure adherence to product development processes and procedures
8. Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures; proactively escalate issues and risks to senior leadership's attention

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
2. 5+ years of product management, product development or sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services, or equivalent experience such as financial services consulting
3. 3+ years of project management experience
4. Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizations and stakeholders to drive results
6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:
1. In-depth and broad knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products
2. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project disciplines
3. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
4. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) and/or 5+ years project management experience
5. Master's degree in Business Administration
