As our Treasury Manager, you will play a key role in managing cash flow, optimizing banking operations, and driving financial efficiency across our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead treasury initiatives, improve financial processes, and collaborate with high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of Treasury Management products and functions in United States, Dominican Republic, and Mexico.
  • Primary oversight of Cash and Treasury Management functions, including wire payments, ACH payments, fraud prevention, bank account setup and maintenance, and banking partner back-office coordination.
  • Understand and manage appropriate procedures and operational processes around daily cash reconciliation for all treasury management products.
  • Manage wire and ACH payments for all operational areas related to vendor management.
  • Oversee funding wires while following all internal control procedures and approval mandates.
  • Coordinate and resolve all payment dispute issues with Treasury Management providers.
  • Troubleshoot with internal resources and Treasury Management providers on processing issues.
  • Seek constant improvement in Treasury processes and systems to improve data accuracy and turnaround time.
  • Ensure strict compliance to internal control processes and fraud prevention.
  • Work closely with other departments including Accounting and other operational departments.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
  • Minimum of 3 (three) years of relevant treasury and cash management in banking or related field.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management principles and banking operations including but not limited to; Wire, ACH, ACH Returns, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, SFTP and Reporting.
  • Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Office Applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management.
  • Good time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned projects.
  • Work well in a fast paced, evolving, and growing company.
  • English/Spanish required.
