$70,000.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate (TMSA). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting one or more Treasury Management Sales Officers (TMSO) in the treasury sales process and ongoing relationship management within an assigned portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to pricing proformas, prospect proposals, solution presentations, and relationship reviews. In addition, the TMSA may be responsible for leading select sales opportunities as designated by the Sales Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with TMSO to develop knowledge and understanding of a client’s business to recommend treasury management solutions
  • Work in partnership as an active member of the cross functional deal team, driving an exceptional client experience with consistent and timely follow-up
  • Assist the TMSO in client acquisition, client engagement, and deepening the client relationship through meeting research, preparation, presentations, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking to drive fee income goals
  • Actively document and report TM opportunities via Salesforce and/or other applicable tracking systems
  • Complete documentation and on-boarding forms accurately for new and/or existing cash management services
  • Engage in portfolio management reviews by mining data and industry trends to uncover revenue enhancement and/or relationship review opportunities
  • Support all activities from sale through implementation, including coordinating trainings, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Partners with Operations to help troubleshoot any TM products/service inquiries to ensure client can manage their business more efficiently
  • Additional duties and/or projects as assigned by Head of Treasury Management and Sales Team Lead

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' Treasury/cash management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
