Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely cash monitoring and forecasting, bank management, debt related payments, and system/process optimization. This includes analyzing data and trends in working capital and collaborating with employees throughout the organization to understand key drivers of cash to explain and minimize forecast variances. This role will be a direct contributor to the ongoing digital transformation efforts and international treasury expansion. This position will partner with the Treasury Manager, as well as various other members of the finance organization and key business stakeholders to achieve treasury objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

  • Cash Forecasting
    • Assist in preparing the company’s 13-week cash flow forecast including borrowing projections and identifying improvements to mitigate forecast variances
    • Partner with FP&A, and international entities to build out international cash forecasts
    • Collaborate with International entities and tax teams to plan optimal settlement of intercompany invoices, ensuring tax compliance and proper funding.
  • Banking
    • Responsible for working with bank partners to open, close, and maintain accounts with a focus on bank rationalization and streamlining bank processes and global structures
    • Analyze bank fees and provide recommendations for cost saving opportunities
    • Support letter of credit, revolver draws/payments and other debt related transactions
    • Optimize the use of bank products to support digital transformation and process optimization
    • Initiate domestic and international payments
    • Work with bank partners on all KYC requests and prepare schedule for FBAR reporting
    • Create various journal entries in Microsoft D365 for debt and cash transactions
  • Debt and Intercompany Loans
    • Maintain interest calculations for all external debt and intercompany loans including accounting entries and payment activity
    • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting for external lenders
    • Work with internal and external partners to recommend optimal funding and help manage cash needs for foreign subsidiaries
  • Corporate Card Administration
    • Administer the corporate card program, including issuance, closing and handling ad-hoc issues.
    • Ensure cardholder adherence to internal policies for expense reporting and submission
    • Support the ongoing rollout of the card program to all international entities.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Experience and/or Training – 0 – 3 years prior treasury, accounting or finance experience. Prior treasury experience is preferred but not required.
  • Technology/Equipment – Experience in the use of complex spreadsheets ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Power BI experience a plus)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education – Possessing or working toward a CTP, CPA or MBA desirable
  • Technology/Equipment – Experience with D365, Trovata cash management, and JPMorgan access

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $64,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
