Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:
- Support all facets of global cash management and daily treasury operations, specifically with retail experience
- Manage daily liquidity and cash activity; determine short term borrowings and investments to balance companies’ daily cash position and execute treasury payments
- Prepare journal entry spreadsheets for Accounting (cash, investments, debt, interest)
- Maintain debt and investment activity tracking
- Execute FX spot trades via FXALL
- Work with Retail/Cash Audit to assist with change orders, locate missing deposits, etc.
- Support Retail with new store openings and closings (bank accounts, deposit slips, armored courier services)
- Bank liaison for all internal departments (Payroll, A/R, A/P, etc.)
- Forecast North America cash position by working with various departments to get information in a timely manner
- Track letter of credit activity/balances
- Maintain and document treasury processes for enhanced operational efficiency and SOX compliance
- Perform monthly bank account analysis reconciliation; work with Retail/Loss prevention to address any issues
- Bank documentation – account store opening/closing notices, update signers on retail accounts, Swing Line borrowing/repayment notices
- Maintain master bank account database
- Perform Ad hoc financial analysis, modeling, and projects as needed
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 1 – 2 years Finance experience required, Banking, or Treasury Operations preferred
- Retail experience preferred
- Developed organizational and process management skills
- Expert Excel skills and heavy work with online bank platforms; familiarity with JPMorgan Access and Refinitiv FXAll a plus
