Huntsman is seeking a Treasury Analyst supporting our GBS in Heredia, Costa Rica. This position will report to the Treasury Manager Americas.
Job Scope
To support the business in the management of credit exposure and collection of trade debt for the AMS Region.
In summary, as the Treasury Analyst, you will:
•Perform analysis on cashflow and overall liquidity for local operations.
•Assist the European treasury team in analysis on foreign exchange gains and losses and associated exposure management.
•Provide support for various project implementations (integration/IT Implementation/divestitures)
•Perform cash management day to day activities including wire transfers, monitoring exception and positive pay reports, and daily cash forecast updates for Americas region.

•Frequent interaction with credit, accounts payables and accounting team.
•Support SOX, Audit and Compliance as required.
•Follow instructions and perform other related functions as may be assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business / Accounting with 3+ years related experience.
- Highly skilled in advanced Excel functionality.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be goal driven.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Highly skilled in advanced Excel functionality.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- US Market Expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in IBM Planning & Analytics and TM1 a plus.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power BI a plus.
- Familiarity with banking platforms a plus.
- Kyriba or any other Treasury Management System exposure a plus.
