Hybrid Model: Home office twice a week
Role Purpose:
Daily cash flow report, dynamic relationships with sales, purchasing, tax, foreign trade, HR areas to build the cash flow forecast. Analysis of variance between forecast and actual using KPIs and tracking of improvement in accuracy. Accounts payable aging, reconciliation, accounting, FX exposure reports, cash and BS hedging, MTM, dividend remittances, investments, central bank reports and control of property, fleet, D&O, GL and environmental insurance.

Dividend Remittance

Accounting of manual payments, applications, and redemptions

Inclusion on banking platforms of manual payments not sent to banks by file

Bank reconciliation

Accounts Payable Aging

Monitor payments sent to banks via file

Accounts payable support based in Poland
-
Control of the amounts received by Export in order to present the documentation to the banks at the end of the exchange

Payment of taxes levied on payments for imports

Extensive knowledge of derivatives and assisting the manager in analyzing FX exposure

Control of insurance policies, including renewal applications, premium payments and claims reimbursements

Loan controls, if any

Map of applications/redemptions made during the month

Reports to the Central Bank (SCE-IED, CBE, Census)

Support for internal and external audit requirements

Relationship with banks
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
-
3+ years of best practice experience in finance/cash flow, accounts payable, receivables and collection, Hedge

Experience in SAP
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

Advanced in English (Working in English on a daily basis – speaking and writing)

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economy

Strong analytical and problem-solving, hands on
