Treasury Analyst - Africa

As Treasury Analyst, your mission will be to be responsible for the daily management of treasury operations and financial activities.

You will also be responsible for:

• Review settlement and remittance amounts and ensure correct execution of FX operations;
• Execute FX hedges to manage risks;
• Perform necessary banking transactions such as transfers and payments;
• Manage and report accounts payables, including payments, reconciliation, and write-offs;
• Assist in monthly closing activities, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date for internal reporting;
• Act as a liaison between the local office and global treasury team; working closely with EBANX Director in Egypt;
• Support for bank and FX providers relationships across the African region, including account opening, maintenance, and banking products required for daily operations.

What we are looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking, preferably in the fintech sector;
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Strong understanding of Egyptian banking practices, financial markets, currency exchanges;
• High proficiency in MS Excel;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude;
• Comfortable working independently while being an active part of a global team;
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required. Portuguese and Spanish are added advantage.
