Job Title: Treasury Accounting Manager I

Location: GHQ

Grade: 12

NCR Voyix is seeking a Treasury Accounting Manger to enhance and optimize our cash management system, support the global cash accounting processes, and serve as a key liaison between Treasury and Accounting. This role will support key stakeholders, recommending and implementing process improvements within cash management and other Treasury areas.

Responsibilities

Cash Management System Optimization

• Lead enhancements and process improvements within our cash management system to increase automation, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance global cash visibility
• Oversee cash accounting activities across multiple entities
• Work closely with IT and Treasury to enhance the interface between key Treasury systems and our ERP, ensuring data integrity and automation
• Identify, recommend, and implement best practices

Accounting Policies

• Manage and maintain corporate finance and accounting policies and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Interact cross functionally to identify any new or changes to existing corporate policies
• Ensure all policies are timely reviewed on a recurring basis by subject matter experts
• Assess and recommend any impacts from new and emerging accounting guidance

Reporting and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and support audits related to treasury accounting and cash management
• Lead cross functional projects focused on treasury process improvements and automation initiatives
• Develop clear and effective memos and process documentation for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Serve as a liaison with our external auditors to support their quarterly reviews and annual audit.

Basic Qualification (required):

• 5-7 years Accounting experience; CPA Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting major preferred
• Prior direct work experience with cash management systems and mapping relationships with the GL
• Kyriba and Oracle Cloud experience strongly desired
• SOX reporting experience including designing/testing controls
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
